I give my explicit consent for photographs, videos, or similar visual records of me to be used, strictly within the clearly defined purpose and channels, on Güneş ABK's website, social media accounts, and printed or digital promotional materials. This consent is not a precondition for receiving healthcare services.

I understand that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time, and that withdrawal takes effect only for the future. I may withdraw my consent by applying to Güneş ABK in writing. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of any data processing carried out on the basis of consent before the date of withdrawal.

I confirm that the explicit consent I give under this text is given of my own free will, without any pressure. I understand that the Disclosure Text and this Consent Text are separate documents, and that not giving explicit consent does not prevent data processing activities that do not legally require explicit consent.
